Syam Nair had dreams of a military career but an unexpected development changed the course of his life. After establishing a career at Microsoft, he would again make a major career change, joining cloud-centric Salesforce and ultimately becoming the CTO of Zscaler. Syam’s journey has taught him the value of keeping an open mind, revisiting his preconceptions, and listening to opposing voices.
